The rooms were spacious and newly refurbished, ensuring a comfortable stay. Even though the parking situation was a bit pricey and chaotic, it didn't overshadow the fantastic convenience and service we experienced. 🌟

The room was stylish & spacious, loved the comfy bed. Friendly staff, especially Allan at the Icon Restaurant. Enjoyed the pool & steam room before my flight. Breakfast was fantastic. However, slight service issues with casting to TV. Pricey parking & overpriced Italian restaurant with frozen desserts. Close to the airport!

super clean hotel close to heathrow airport. the staff was lovely, and a bus service from the terminal was available. you could pay using apple pay on the bus! the gym - sauna - steam, and pool were a delightful surprise.

The recreational amenities, including the fitness center, were top-notch and added a lot of value to my stay, ensuring I could maintain my workout routine even while traveling.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the concierges Stephen, Sundeep, and the lady, and Kalbe at check-in. the hotel decor was lovely, and the bar food was delicious. the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the location was perfect, just beside the airport, making it easy to get taxis for my travels.

There were a few things that could be improved. the check-in process was a bit chaotic when I arrived late in the evening.

The room on the top floor was amazing! The free WiFi, TV, and tea/coffee facilities made us feel right at home. The soft drinks and safe were thoughtful additions. The bathroom with a rainfall showerhead was pure luxury.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the airport, and it was extremely convenient for our early morning flight. the hotel, Radisson Red, was located right next to the airport, making it a breeze to catch our flight. We were pleasantly surprised by the newly refurbished, spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. the staff, especially an older and experienced person at the reception, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to open the windows on the 5th floor, which was a great bonus.
